About Me

I’m a fun, knowledgeable, professional real estate agent serving Red Deer and Central Alberta. I am a graduate from the Interior design institute who helps stage and design my clients homes for great resale value while also helping buyers make their house a home.

With nearly a decade of real estate experience in residential, investment and recreational arenas my clients attest to my care and service in their buying and selling transactions. I believe in making the process of buying and selling your property as stress free as possible with my easy-going and approachable personality.

I started selling Real Estate at the young age of 23. Since starting in 2010 I have helped hundreds of buyers and sellers. I have a great understanding of what buyers want and that is a great asset when preparing your home for sale and marketing. I think it is important to understand the needs of both sides of the transaction. On top of that, I work at one of the largest real estate offices in Red Deer and have the experience of 90 agents behind me.

Technology plays a big part in marketing your home. I like to stay up to date on the latest trends and showcase your property how buyers want to see it! Together we can discuss a marketing strategy so you can be sure that the right people see your home at the perfect time.

In today’s market, the way a home is presented to potential buyers may directly impact a quick sale.  I will work with you to make sure that your home is presented in the best possible light by suggesting something as simple as painting your front door to rearranging your existing furniture layout to . Every home is unique;  Together we’ll ensure your home is showcased at its absolute best.

I’ll let you know how your home is showing and what kind of feedback we’re getting from buyers and their agents.  I will update you on your neighborhood sales activity so we can keep a pulse on the competition.  Even after the offer is accepted, you’re on my call list to make sure everything goes smoothly.
